The elderly people are reached through various channels that establish a permanent, warm and personal relationship: mobile devices, state-of art home devices and social chatbots can be used for effective communication.

A continuous stream of communication takes care of the “wellbeing”, while specific messages (concerning reaction to possible signs of decay) are delivered when needed.
